Every category is its own leaderboard with its own #1. Taking the top spot in a small category costs far less than the overall board, and you can be attacked off it just the same.
XWar started as a simple question: what if a pay-to-rank board ranked people instead of products, and let you pay to knock someone down, not just up? No ads, no API keys, no revenue share. Rank is what has been paid. Nothing else.
These are read straight from the board, not typed into a page. Every figure updates with every payment.
Every dollar paid on XWar buys exactly one thing: one point on a public board. There is nothing else for sale.

XWar is a public leaderboard of X handles. No ads, no API keys, no revenue share. You pay to push a handle up, or pay to push one down. Rank is health (power minus damage) and nothing else.
One payment counts on every board that includes it. The boards only differ in the window of time they look at and the handles they include.

20% off, so 100 points cost $80. Defending is cheaper than attacking on purpose.Listings that break these rules are removed. Money paid on them is not refunded.
If you own a listed handle and want it gone, contact us from that account (a DM to @Zeshanai works). It's delisted within 24 hours. Money already paid on it is not refunded, and the handle can't be re-listed by anyone afterwards.

These are the terms for using XWar.lol. They are short because the service is simple: you pay, a number on a public board changes, and everyone can see it. By using the site or completing a payment you agree to these Terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not pay.

XWar.lol is operated by [Operator name], an individual based in Pakistan ("we", "us"). Legal notices go to privacy@xwar.lol. Public contact is @Zeshanai on X. These Terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy together are the whole agreement. If the Rules and these Terms ever conflict, these Terms win.
XWar is a paid public leaderboard of X handles. Anyone can pay to add power to a handle or damage to a handle. A handle's health is power minus damage, and every board ranks by health. The exact mechanics, minimums and windows are in the Rules and are shown to you before you pay.
Positions on the board are paid placements. They are not reviews, awards, certifications or independent rankings, and they say nothing about the quality, popularity or conduct of the person or brand behind a handle.
A completed payment buys exactly the number of points shown at checkout, applied to the handle and action you chose, at the moment payment is confirmed. It buys nothing else. In particular it does not buy:
We may change the ranking formula, minimums, categories, discounts, boards and features at any time. Payments already made keep the points they bought.
All payments are final. Points are applied to the board the instant your payment is confirmed, so the service is fully delivered before you leave checkout. By paying, you ask us to deliver immediately and you acknowledge that any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right is lost to the extent the law allows. Where a consumer right cannot be waived, we honour it.
Being outranked, attacked, knocked out, delisted for breaking these Terms, receiving fewer visitors than you hoped, downtime, or a change to the Rules does not create a refund. A chargeback or payment dispute without a legal basis is a breach of these Terms: we may reverse the points, delist the handles involved and refuse future payments from you.
You may enter any public X handle, including one that is not yours. When you do, you confirm that:
The owner of a listed handle can have it removed at any time (see section 9). Money paid on a removed handle is not refunded to anyone, and the handle cannot be re-listed.
Paying to attack a handle lowers a number on a game board. It is public and signed with the handle you give. It is not, and must not be used as, a tool for harassment. If we find an attack is part of a campaign of abuse against a person, on or off the site, we may remove the damage, delist the attacker's handles, and refuse further payments, all without refund. Attacks are never anonymous: leaving "your X handle" blank shows you as @anon on the board, but we still hold the payment record.
We may hide, recategorise, edit, freeze or permanently remove any handle, payment, attack or activity, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms, the Rules or the law have been broken, if a platform or rights holder complains, or if we think it creates legal, safety or reputational risk. Removal does not entitle anyone to a refund.
Owner removal: the owner of a listed handle can ask for delisting by messaging @Zeshanai from that account or emailing us with proof of ownership. We act within 24 hours. Payer anonymisation: anyone who paid can ask for their handle to be replaced with @anon in the public record.
To make cards recognisable we display public profile pictures and handles fetched from X. We use them only to identify which handle a board entry refers to, we do not claim any connection with the account holder, and we do not suggest their endorsement. This is intended as nominative use. If you own a handle and object, ask for removal under section 9. X and the X logo belong to X Corp; we are not affiliated with X Corp.
XWar.lol, its name, logo and design are ours. Board data (handles, amounts, health, history) is public information which anyone may view and share; you may not scrape it in bulk to compete with us.
By paying, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the handle you entered as yours, the target handle, the amount and the action on the board, in the activity feed, in automated posts from @Zeshanai and in our archive, for as long as we run the service. This is what "public leaderboard" means. You can ask to be anonymised under section 9.
If you believe a listing infringes your rights or is unlawful, email us with your name and contact details, the handle on XWar, what is wrong, and a statement that your notice is accurate and you are entitled to make it. We may restrict the listing while we review, and we may share the notice with the person who paid. Abusive or repeated bad-faith notices may be ignored.
Rank on XWar means money was paid. It is not our opinion of anyone, and we do not verify claims about the people or brands behind handles. Visitor counts, "online" numbers and activity feeds describe what our systems recorded; they are not promises about what you will get. Links go to x.com, which has its own terms.
XWar is provided as-is. It may be slow, down, or wrong. Payment, hosting, avatar lookup and analytics depend on third parties whose outages we do not control. We can pause, change or shut down the service at any time. If we shut down, the board simply ends; no refunds are owed for points previously bought.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for lost profits, lost followers, lost reputation, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for anything connected with XWar is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or injury caused by negligence.
You will cover us for claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of XWar, the handles you list, the attacks you make, your payments or chargebacks, or your breach of these Terms or someone else's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are a consumer with mandatory protections under your local law, those still apply to you. Disputes go to the courts where we are based, unless a mandatory law says otherwise.

XWar.lol is a public leaderboard. Almost everything on it is meant to be seen. This page explains, in plain language, the small amount of data we collect from you, why, and how to get it removed. If something here is unclear, email us and we will answer.

We keep the service deliberately small. There is no account system, so we hold very little about you. Everything we do collect falls into one of these buckets.
xwar_vid, kept for up to one year. It links a checkout to your browser, stops one person counting as fifty clicks, and lets us block abuse. It is not your name and we never combine it with one.We do not collect your name, your email (unless you write to us), your location beyond what an IP address implies, or anything from your device beyond a light/dark theme preference stored in your own browser.
XWar is a game played in the open. The following are visible to anyone, including search engines, and are shared in our automated posts from @Zeshanai:
If you do not want your handle shown next to a payment, leave the "your X handle" field blank. Listing someone else's handle is allowed by the rules, so a handle can appear on the board without its owner's involvement. Owners can have it removed; see below.
We do not currently ask for consent for anything, because we do not do anything that needs it: no marketing emails, no optional cookies, no profiling.
Some of these providers are outside your country. Where a data protection law applies, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
If your handle is on the board and you want it off: message @Zeshanai from that account, or email us with proof it is yours. It is delisted within 24 hours, its card stops being served, and it cannot be re-listed. Money others paid on it is not refunded to them.
If you paid and want your handle removed from the activity feed: email us with the order ID and we will replace your handle with @anon in the public record.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the UK GDPR), you also have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email us and we will act within 30 days. We may ask for enough detail to find your data, since we do not hold accounts.
The site is served over HTTPS only. Payment data never touches our servers. Board data is stored in a managed database with access limited to the operator. No system is perfect; if we ever discover a breach affecting your data we will say so on this page and, where the law requires, contact you.
XWar is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and handles belonging to minors are not allowed on the board. If you believe a child's handle or data is on the site, contact us and we will remove it.
If we change this policy, the date and version at the top change with it, and material changes are announced from @Zeshanai. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
